At Roshambo Eyewear, we want you to love your frames as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Frames
Place your eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
